Contact Us
One phone number, one email, and a crew that serves Crown Heights and the neighborhoods around it. Tell us the symptom and the building and we will take it from there.
How do I book a chimney sweep in Crown Heights?
Call (347) 555-0188 or email [email protected] with your neighborhood, the type of building and what the chimney serves, such as a fireplace, a gas boiler or both. We schedule Monday through Saturday from early morning to early evening and keep same-week openings for Crown Heights and the surrounding areas. Leaks, smoke in the house or an unstable stack get the next available slot.
How to Reach Us and What Happens Next
Phone is fastest: (347) 555-0188, Monday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Email works well for anything that is not urgent, including photos of a stain or a crack, insurance certificate requests from boards and managing agents, and questions about a report we have already sent: [email protected].
We are a service-area crew with no public storefront. We serve Crown Heights first and the neighborhoods around it second: Prospect Heights, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Clinton Hill, Flatbush, East Flatbush and Brownsville. The truck comes to you.
When you call, have a few things ready if you can: the neighborhood and type of building, what the chimney is connected to, the symptom you are seeing and roughly how long it has been going on, and how roof access works at your building. For apartment buildings, the super's or managing agent's contact saves a round trip. None of this is required, but it lets us bring the right setup the first time.
After the call you will have a confirmed appointment window and a short note of what to expect. For an inspection, that is usually clearing a path to the fireplace and making sure the roof hatch or bulkhead is unlocked. For a repair, it is the scope we agreed and the materials we will bring.
From Your Call to a Finished Job
Four steps, in this order, every time.
- You call or emailWe take the symptom, the building type and the appliance connected to the flue, and we book a same-week slot where we can. Urgent calls are moved ahead of routine ones.
- We inspect and documentThe crew looks at the flue from the hearth up and from the roof down, photographs the crown, flashing and joints, and talks you through what they found before leaving.
- You get the report and a quoteA written report with photos arrives by email. If repairs are warranted, the quote is itemised against the report, line by line, so nothing in it is a mystery.
- We do the work and walk you through itMasonry days are scheduled around weather, access is confirmed with your super or neighbor in advance, and the job ends with a clean hearth, before-and-after photos and the guarantee in writing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have an emergency line for after-hours chimney problems?
Use the main number, (347) 555-0188, at any hour. During working hours it is answered by the crew. Outside those hours, leave a message describing the problem and your address, and it is picked up first thing the next working morning, with active leaks, smoke in the house or an unstable stack moved to the front of that day's route. If there is smoke or fumes in the house right now, leave the building and call the fire department first.
Can I send you photos before booking?
Yes, and it often helps. Email photos of the stain, the crack, the brick or whatever you are seeing to [email protected] along with your neighborhood and building type. We can usually tell you which service it points to and whether it sounds urgent. What we cannot do from a photo is quote masonry or liner work, because that depends on the flue interior and the top of the stack. Please do not go on the roof to take pictures for us.
Do you need me to be home for the inspection?
Someone needs to let us in and give access to the fireplace and the roof. That can be you, a tenant, a super or a neighbor with a key. For apartment buildings we usually coordinate directly with the super or managing agent once the owner or board has approved the visit. We will walk through our findings with whoever is there, and the written report goes to you by email either way.
What are your hours, and do you work weekends?
Monday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with same-week appointments across our whole service area. Saturdays fill first, so book early if that is the only day that works. We do not schedule routine work on Sundays. Masonry jobs are scheduled around weather as well as the calendar, since mortar and crowns need the right conditions to cure.
